  4. NewWad is a program to add textures in pcx, bmp

  6. to the WAD2 files that are used by qbsp.
  7. NewWad is my modification to PCX2WAD 0.98 by
  8. daniel gilliland.
  9. pcx2wad now performs anti-aliasing on the smaller
  10. mipmaps using
  11. a 2 dimensional sinc function.
